Because that's not what the story is per what Le Stag sees it like, from what he's said before. The canon setting is that Laura is satisfied by MC, but in stag routes he likes sharing her with other men while in cuck routes he feels inadequate and/or wants to be told he is inadequate but either way it's all about him.

Secondary reason not to have an option for him to have a tiny dick is it'd be tough to have two sets of images to account for both. I mean, there's already some dick size inconsistencies but if you make MC have a canonically tiny dick then that's tougher to account for still.

As for how Stag will implement chastity content, I'm curious too. From a cuck MC's POV it's easy to see why it'd appealing to him but you do indeed need to balance that with how Laura would feel about giving up sex with MC for prolonged periods of time. not everyone is sex denial submissive though or into that all the time. if thats your thing you probably wouldnt understand reclaiming fully. dont mean that in a judgemental way, different strokes for different folks. but its pretty important for nts games that want dom MC capibilities.

It's easy to replace the physical component, but not the emotional and feeling one.
