Personally not a fan of Gender Swap but still applaud the quality of work you put out.

I've added the "transformation" tag, because that is the closest to a gender swap tag I could find on f95. Does sissification count in this case? (Male soul moves into Female body)

This sounds awesome and I can't wait for an update with a good chunk of content to try out!
No, 'sissification' is only for when a man is made to dress and act like a woman. 'Transformation' covers gender swap, among other cases (like bimbofication and stuff like that).
Also, I'm not sure if 'multiple protagonist' applies if it's only the MC swapping genders. I haven't played the game yet, so if there is in fact more than one main character then never mind.

Sounds similar to the plot of the movie "Face/Off (1997)", with a Sci-Fi Gender Swapping twist.

In this first demo build Chapter 1 you only play as Cassie, but in Chapter 2 you play as Ryke. There are two main characters in this game.

That is literally the inspiration for this game! I was pitching this to Synthetic Rush (the artist) as something like "What if we have the premise of face/off, but with a ton of kinky bdsm sex, a gender swap and an original sci-fi setting." Bam, Neuro/Splice was born!

Just a heads-up: I've removed the description to of optional NTR paths in this game, because that is not what this game is about. Specifically the scenario is:
Cassie (in Ryke's body) can have kinky bdsm sex with Ryke's wife Marie. Ryke (in Cassie's body) can have kinky bdsm sex with Cassie's husband Clyde. It's up to the player to decide if they pursue these paths. Whether you count this as NTR or not is up to you. The game does not aim to deliver an NTR narrative for those looking for it.
There will be plenty of bdsm sex to be found outside of there two cases, with other characters.

An interesting premise, no doubt. In general, I love the body-swap genre and how it plays with the characters' psychology and how they have to deal with the world in someone else's shoes. Add to this all kinds of very perverted BDSM stuff, and you have a cocktail that's hard to resist trying. And I quite love Cassie's look. 
Meanwhile, which of your previous works would you recommend? I wanted to check out Taru's because of its aesthetics, but I put it on hold, so I don't know whether to try Jessica's or Animus. Which one should I start with?

I would start with Animus Non Grata - Special Edition. It's a renpy game like Neuro/Splice. Jessica's Plight is a twine HTML game, and has a nice self-bondage scene, but it was my first AVN and it shows in the storyAn interesting premise, no doubt. Also the art is terrible in Jessica's Plight (imo).Taru's Infernal Pledge is very much a WIP since we are working on adding more art. So it is mostly a text-based experience (for now).

I mean yeah, is Neuro/Splice inspired by Face/Off? Yes, you can see it from the title alone.

I'm guilty of it myself here and there, but it's crazy just how many users specifically decided to comment, "Hey, I'm not playing this btw" when they saw the body swap stuff.

For sure. But I mean yeah I understand that if you find this game with the "male protagonist" tag, you're obviously expecting a certain type of game. But with or without body swap, the core focus of this game is BDSM, which is already quite niche.
