In the original there were two paths the 'good guy' and the 'bad guy'. I don't know if he just hasn't added those in or abandoned the paths altogether. The main characters for the paths have not been added, so it's too early to tell.
The guy is a floating dick and balls. It's literally the personification of pure lust.
Also, without the "virgin" tag to signify whether he's been fucking at the saint's row, or not.. I'd gander yes.
