I think it could be worthwhile.
There's a few new scenes, most notably with Megan and The Step-Mom as well. (Angie's sis.)
And I think the old scenes work more smoothly now, idk how to put it but they just, flow better visually, you'll probably get it when you'll see it.

So yeah, probably go for it !
Though, as far I played, there seems to be nothing currently for the Nun and Mescary.
Or you can wait a little more (probably a month or two.) and the game might have even more scenes than the original version.

The choice is yours !

I think the dev needs to get someone else to do the coding because the game was a buggy mess before the re-work and it's not much better now with a clean slate.
