extended from this dev usually included additional scenes that regular version didn't have
I kept saving progress, but suddenly my computer crashed. I entered the game again and the save does not appear in the game... i don't want to start again -_-

No, it's Patreon that has a problem with incest, Steam doesn't care about it that much, in fact, if the game doesn't pictures anybody, particularly girls, that is seemingly underage, even by appearance, it will most likely be ok for them.
For example, Snow Daze (and his remake), Sisterly Lust, Picture Perfect, Prince of Suburbia and Motherless are all on Steam and all contain incest (see also this)
The misunderstanding could be about the blockchain and NFT (the abbreviation for Non-fungible token) games that are banned on Steam, but these aren't restriction about adult games in particular, but for every game in general.
You can find even more details in my signature, there isn't everything, but the most information I could found about the Steam restrictions are there
Of course, I could be wrong, and there's always the subjective standards of the one who has to review and approve the game, but my research take me to this until now

In the main character's room, go towards the PC (Cheat Icon) and select gallery, you don't need a save file to watch all the scenes
