-No, it's not "a lot". Most RPGMs, especially animated ones weigh 1,5-2GB and often even much more, so this one,- especially considering the amount of content is definitely on the lighter side

never in my life have I ever touched an RPGmaker game where it bugs out that you can't even move. How the hell is this shit even sensible? Click the on screen arrows? Nada. Use the arrow keys? Nope. WASD? Nuh uh. Controller off to the side that's plugged into a USB slot? Still no. Holy ASS, how has this been in development for years and requires me to fucking LOOK UP HOW TO GODDAMN MOVE?

its actually a not that uncommon bug. there multiple ways to cause it.

For example:
cutscene where they try to move an NPC on the worldmap and it runs into an unexpected blockage (either a wandering NPC, or its location was not defined correctly and it spawns relative to the MC and the MC was facing in a direction the dev didn't consider).
And then instead of waiting X seconds they wait until the NPC arrives at target location, but it can never arrive because it is stuck.

How do you exit battle system? I juzt used the lust book skill on an npc near the cathedral, the entire city is now hostile, i have very low hp, i can just use attack, parry, and a lust skill. If i go to 0 hp is game over... how do you exit combat system?!?!

Edit:Just sleep multiple times until it goes away :|
