This is a long post, I know and I'm sorry. But I'm a bit lost on how to start.

Intro about me:
I've been lurking on F95 Zone for a few years now, sampling many games here and there. I follow up on reviews people leave to get a good feel on how others feel about games I've tried, in order to compliment and compare to my own opinions. I now feel confident in how to go about incorporating my many kinks into a story, pacing, and how to be accommodating to those who may not share all of my kinks.
My job allows me tons of free time, so I have tons of time to commit into this project.

I've come up with a dev name for myself I'd like to go with, and have a good grasp on 2 projects I want to make.
I'll be only working on one at a time, of course, both are 3DCG (Daz3D) Ren'Py. The first will be more of a VN, with a few choices. The second is more complex with many branching paths and multiple endings. But that one comes later.

My vision is there, and a full story board is almost complete.
Also a rough draft of some scenes and events are ready as well.
There's more, but I'm just trying to keep this post as short as possible.
I'm intentionally being vague on the games for now because I've put too much time and thought into these projects already to have them stolen before I even release the first alpha.

My initial questions:
-Should I make another account with my dev name?
-How do I get started when I'm ready to start releasing alphas?

Also!
If you'd be willing to perhaps add me on discord, I'd be very grateful to have at least someone I can go to when I have a quick technical problem with Daz3D (still learning it) or more questions as far as getting started putting out content.

I'm unaware of anyone I know that is into porn games, and thus I'm a bit self conscious to ask anyone. So I figured the next best solution is to reach out here, a community full of like minded people and a wealth of experience and knowledge.
Thank you for reading!

You should make your Developer account as quick as you can and get a developer tag (You can start a ticket for one). After you get the tag you can access the developers forums, a lot of good info can be found there. You can also join a place such as this. When you want to release you game you can either fill out this or simply contact an uploader and they will most likely be more then willing to do it for you.

How do I make a dev account? Didn't realize there was a difference. I'm still a little confused as to how this site works sometimes. All my research has been focused on actually making the game and story.

I was about to say your username is just fine since you don't have to act like some kind of fake company, then actually read your name and... Yes, you will need a new one.

2 projects I want to make.
Having two or more good ideas is good.
While you are developing one, you might get new ideas or ideas for another project you are planning, do not waste them and note EVERYTHING down. I have a folder with 400+ ideas (Been doing this for years).

already to have them stolen before I even release the first alpha.
That's an urban legend, no one cares about your ideas.

1- Yes, but changing your name to something less "sketchy" and requesting a Game Developer badge once you release the game is also an option. You don't really need two accounts.

2- Create a game thread here: https://f95zone.to/forums/game-requests.3/ following this template and rules: https://f95zone.to/threads/game-uploading-rules-2019-06-25.524/ then report the thread you have just made and ask for it to be moved in games. In the report, do write if there's something missing, such as mirrors for your download, and uploaders will take care of it for you.
Alternatively, you can just reach an Uploader and ask them to create the thread for you.
At this point, you are also elegible to create a ticket and ask for the Game Developer badge.

You dont actually need to make a certain account. I assumed from "Should I make another account with my dev name?" that you wanted to make a new one. Any account can become a developer account, you simply need to make a ticket requesting for a developer tag, once approved boom, dev account. Also if you dont want to make a new one you can always just change your username here. I would recommend just changing your name instead of making a new account, it just looks better if people see that you've had an account here for 3 years instead of a fresh account.
