The navigation is abysmal and the pacing is really bad. Takes way too long to get to the point and it's gonna take forever to get back at that whore asuna, assuming you even do in this version of the game.
Yes. MC's real parents being dead is a major plot point. There is no way to make an "easy" incest patch, as you'll have to rewrite the game's entire script for it to wotk.
Dev decided to remove that entire branch, so it's not a bug.
Also, I agree, MC is a naive, whiny kid. And his personality does an almost complete 180 when he starts pressuring Asuna into sex down the line.

Yeah I did a bit of digging and saw what happened. Learning that this was meant to be an NTR game, it all suddenly made sense why the MC is a whiny loser. Despite what was said by the Dev about how they like both harem and NTR, going off of those early interactions(and let's be fair there's not much else yet) it felt like this game was going to cater far more towards the NTR path than Harem.
100%, this MC is the typical moron that gets cucked in most ntr games. He might want to change a bit of that if he really wants to keep going in this direction (which imo is a weird one, since he is clearly into ntr). But well, his decision in the end.

Ideally have the women that he knows before game start being overly aggressive/assertive with him. Have that explain his weak demeanor, then character development. Play into that aspect and it can be good imo.
