I'm having difficulty finishing the Cheryl quest. It says buy wheat, paper and duct tape and go to the kitchen at noon. I can not find the paper anywhere. I purchased wheat flour and scotch tape at the store.

at least you can make it that far, idk how many times i've gone over there and it just doesnt progress and the bugged cards don't help.
