i think i find the problem after being stuck eternally from scarlett event (she constantly said she was too strong to train me)i start a new save and could get combat level 2 wich is required for susan event. but now the cheryl event (which i completed in the previous save)never trigger. it seems that you can either level up combat or intellect and the other route is stuck forever..(unless is intentional)

never mind start A new game with skipping is a lil bit of a grind but it fixes not being able to increase combat lvl it better then starting over from the start the grind is way too much for that
