You must not have navigated the options correctly because wine is definitely available in the shop. That said, wine is also available for half the price (5 instead of 10) during the mornings at school from the guy in the bathroom stall at the end in the men's bathroom. He also sells condoms, which you will want to pick up for a future scene

Not sure how many hours you 'grinded' but you missed a lot of content. The MC has vaginal sex with FOUR (4) different women and additional lewd content, handjob etc., with others.

Keep talking to other characters and see what additional dialogue and quest options open for you.

NOTE: This is before the recent update that is not available on F95 currently. If you are stuck, ask a question and I will try to help if I can.

There is VAGINAL SEX with four women so far (Isabel, Cheryl, Scarlett and Susan). You can also get a handjob from Ben.
