No, it's not abandoned. I'm working on finishing the update. Sorry for the lack of communication, january has been a busy month for me so I try to use all my free time to work on the game instead of posting. But don't worry, the update should be out at the end of this week or next week at the latest.

New Neighborhood Episode 3 is finally out for Tier 3 and above patrons.
The release schedule for each tier:
February 5th - Tier 3/Idealizer
February 12th - Tier 2
February 16th - Tier 1
February 19th - Public Release
