It sure looks amazing but i have a question for someone who will see that and knows about technical stuff. Because it says unity will we be able to use texthooker like textractor or will we have to use reipatcher?

Projects: most likely not, since one is in JS and the other in C#.
Assets: you can use any asset in any RPGM game as long as the format is supported (and MV/MZ support just about any conventional audio/image formats).

Looks like another low effort cash grab. I can guarantee you that this will be the same 20 year old RPG maker framework ported to Unity, with all its bugs and limitations. They can't even make the tileset look good in the promotion pictures. The only redeeming factor may be the fact that modders can fix the terrible XP-VX-VXace-MV-MZ editor now so it can finally do stuff that other VN engines have been doing for a decade.
Well if you look at the thing... It has a path brush and a cliff brush to paint a PNG that makes up the first layer.
Yeah, the buildings and trees sure look like regular tiles. But the ground layer really ain't.
So this is basically a mod package for Unity? Or am I getting it wrong...
Which would mean you have to purchase Unity first, then this thing? I honestly don't see who this is being marketed toward - Unity devs are gonna do their own things just like they've always done, and RPG devs are mostly amateurs (I don't mean that as a pejorative) who've opted for RPGMX precisely because they don't want the headache of messing with a full devsuite.
So... who exactly is this being aimed at?

well after researching a little bit, this could be become separate software since they sell it on steam. We will see what happen next

Why? Because It takes a lot of time to create everything from scratch if you wanted a jrpg style game in unity.
But on the other hand rpgm is very restricted and poorly optimized in general.
The final result can be a more accessible jrpg baseline with all the extra freedom given by unity on top of it.
In other words it should enable devs to create better and less restricted jrpgs.

Man, I can't wait to see the unoptimized mess that games made with it will be! Because Unity already makes such optimized games in the first place!
