Try going to the town first I believe it's all the way to the left

Hover your mouse over the given area, it will be highlighted and you can click on it. This is how the movement in the game is organized, arrows and such paths, doors.

So 2 things, 1) I'm stuck at the mayors level 1 quest to meet her near city hall (evening) She is only sitting on the bench and at night shes nowhere. 2) I cant progress with the witch quest maybe i missed something but talking to the mayor, beatrix andLan shen does nothing to progress it. 1) Thank you for finding the bug. To trigger the evening event with the Mayor, you first need to complete the “Witch” quest.
2) You probably forgot to talk to Rika. To progress in the quest, you’ll need to sleep until morning.
