i use the universal renpy mod and found the menu which had all the new events... the menu was named as "hina_chat_after_haki" (ill add screenshots) any way that's y i keep asking how to unlock haki

its part of the story. I might be missing few details but it goes like this.
you meet the baroque work girls in prison you have your scenes with them and then you explore the prison somemore, (I think you have to talk to arlong too) and then you go further down and meet new kama land people and then a cutscenes fight shows up thats how you get haki but you cant use it yet its just for story progress purpose

You probably did not install it correctly. I tested it on Hina's Patreon scenes and they worked. The patch file must be in the game folder and if you used the old one first delete the patch.rpyc file
