It's not amazing, but I wouldn't call it the bare minimum. There's a fertility cycle, multiple forms of birth control, and various npc actions/dialogue for impregnation, npc reactions to pregnancy, pregnancy stages, marriage vows, childbirth, child care, etc... Yes, a lot of those are shallow implementations. People specifically looking for pregnant sex content are going to be disappointed as well. However, there's a ton of games out there that do the bare minimum (eg. a single illustration/ending) to have the pregnancy tag while doing none of the above and that's a huge annoyance for both pregnancy lovers and haters.
Yeah, we almost agree, but the difference is that I would call it amazing. It has all the important parts as well represented as anything else in the game.
Maybe that's the point then, I'm not into 'pregnancy', I'm into 'impregnation' and everything social around it. For example, this is the only game that allows you to trick a character into thinking he's the dad of a baby the MC got pregnant with while cheating. The only other game that allows this is Crusader Kings, but that game is a whole different scale of gameplay. No other porn game has anything as deep and detailed as this one to allow doing that and to have it matter.

My brain was going wait, didn't I play another game that lets you trick the not dad into thinking he is??? Then I realized I was thinking of The Sims again (in this case, 4... I think 2 had something similar), but that's a mod, lol. Fair enough.
It would be great if there's a Male character gameplay, it's been so long that these updates or "Major Updates" are just very minor in content.
This is never happening in this game. You'd have more luck creating a new one.

Do these situations happen in normal dates with Jerk Impregnator NPCs? Would very much like to know how to trigger these situations.

For the first one go to the club and drink alcohol (tequila seems to be the fastest) until the description stops changing. If you're hanging out with a guy who has the impregnator and jerk traits when the evening ends you'll get an unavoidable transition that ends with "he takes advantage of your drunken vulnerability to escort you safely back to your apartment". I don't think this can fire if you have the clear headed trait on the PC.
