Apparently the dev has intentionally spaghettified his code so no one else could handle it and he is in the UK so no fun allowed.

The dev uses an obfuscator so you can't decompile the code into something usable, but the actual code is not "spaghettified". No one in this forum has ever seen the real code.

It is true that legal restrictions and grey areas in the UK have led the dev to avoid certain things, and there's only so much you can do with custom scenes. There's a separate discord server specifically for NC Newlife materials, but it's been quiet for a long time now.

Sadly there "WAS" a modding community.. when I saw this got an update.. I was looking at a lot of the NC content from that modding community and seems like a lot of that has died off a few years ago.. I'd imagine that the lack of releases from the dev had something to do with that..

Is there a modding community for this game? Seems like the base game is lacking in spicy content such as non-consent.

Sure, here you go. This is from the NC discord. Someone asked this question some months ago, and this was provided. Some of these events are unfinished.
The way you trigger them is you put them in the additional_scenes\user_custom_scenes folder, and you make sure test custom themes is turned on in the settings. for your weekand action select test custom scenes.

i don't know which specifc scene you're talking about but a lot of events have their own separate file. you can copy them from the additional_scenes\official_content file, drop them in the additional_scenes\user_custom_scenes, and trigger them manually

That is actually really easy. In a random event your character will stumble upon advertisement and write down their numbers, then you book a session through the week menu. You of course have to picke the shady one.

Hello all, my PC just moved to the nice home, and there is a scene with a neighbour, but seems nothing happens once I meet him? Is there a path to other scenes where I could pursue a relationship with him, or is it just a stub of a future would-be path? I also noticed he has the "single_dad_neighbour" trait in the save file, if that helps
