In my experience it triggered randomly with a crude, sleazy husband and seemed to occur more when I selected the Weekend option of just relaxing at home.

For such a bad, short, empty game it's surprisingly good. It wouldn't be staying afloat from 2014 if it wasn't
Huh... that is far more content than i expected from an update.... I really expected just minor "major changes" with some user-submitted content like usual.
Ah, there's the rub. Thank you for letting my hopes down before playing this update.
