Once you're married you can quit your job to become a housewife, it dosen't stop you from finding a new job next week though. Nope, as of right now, he's only available as an NPC you can't interact with outside of the visit scenes and even those stop when he leaves. I'm pretty sure they won't expand on this either.

It happens in the jerk blackmail scene -cheat on your boyfriend with a jerk-personality npc- the bf must have the doormat trait and the pc must have the bitchy trait, her love for her bf mustn't be too high, instead of complying with the jerk say no and keep being cruel to the bf, you'll be given the option to sleep with the jerk npc eventually.

You can set the number of weeks in the same tabs as choosing the cheats iirc. I always set mine to 156 (3 years) so i can explore as much content as possible.
