Because it sometimes and sometimes it does not work. It is not yet clear what causes the discrepancy.

The Problem normaly starts after the Intro. The screen turnes black and stays Black. According to the Developers the Problem is caused by the decopression Software. They recommend Winrar or 7zip with the Language set to Japenese.

For anyone having the black screen issue open the zip folder in WinRAR go to Option > Name Encoding and select Japanese then extract the folder fixed the issue for me.

Reuploaded my working game as 7z. I hope that will fix the issue. (At least it makes the game 500 MB smaller to download)
