My guess would be the former, since there's hardly been any other tinies (except for what's his name... Taro?). There's definitely still different shrink/growth possibilities... especially if you go further with Asami.
My question is... how common is it for someone of Cesar's size to be here? I gathered that Cesar is from some kind of civilization of those his size, so what exactly keeps one side away from the other...?
Well... trees and such seem to be bigger than the giantesses, so i'm assuming theyre normal sized. It's the mouse (and his ilk) that are small. But can't say it with 100% without an in game confirmation.
I know the game devs said males are also "giant" sized in this game, but the fact that we haven't seen a single one makes me suspicious. Maybe once we get Clarice's mom's route we will get some info on what her husband looks like.
I would say the former since it makes more physical sense, that means that by the square-cube law giant animals can't handle their own weight so there is a limit of how much anything can grow. In GG giantesses are inherently magical so they can handle their own weight but here since magic is much rarer I doubt that the girls have any internal magic (except Asami but she is a kitsune goddess so it's an exception) to support the weight of a giant body.
The reason we don't see any males (giant) is 100% because it's a fetish game- but not a *GAE* fetish game.

I could maybe see them writing it in without using pictures. Like, just in text. I might be more accepting if that's how it'd be done.
The problem there is you're thinking reasonably- but just like monstergirl fans, the audience is not always reasonable- even the mere throwaway mention of other penises existing in the universe the fan seeks to immerse themselves in can sometimes be enough to cause them to froth at the mouth in an apoplectic rage and crash out on the devs.
you say that, but there's always the 25% of commenter (not player base) who is all about futa (and futa only)

I keep trying to open this game on Mac and finder always tells me no, Am I missing something? Everything in it has access to run and open its just refusing to do so. Anyone have any idea on a fix?
