I think you talk about the NPC manager.
There is both target must be valid, and (it's the trick) the first cannot be your relative.

ATM developments are on hold. I'm not too happy with the LP engines progress...
Mods still are reported to be working (with more bugs than usual) in 5.x.

been coming back to check on the game for a couple of days every once in a couple of months and everytime i play the game i can't help but feel how severely lacking the game is without this mod.

its like eating plain bread with no butter. or having sex with a featureless body. or masturbating with two pinky fingers.

utterly unfulfilling.
