The game is fine, if I had to criticize it, it would be that the "friendly" endings are grouped with the normal ones and it confuses what to do. There is also the fact that there are combinations that do not work, for example, turning the Miko into an insect girl while she is pregnant, but it is decent for what it is.

Anyone got Ending #3? Looks like every Ending has a Blessing in Disguise option counterpart but Ending #6 Retribution (bad) which shares the same counterpart as Ending #5 Twilight (bad) with Ending #4 Ambition (Blessing in Disguise). I even still have the recording of Retribution and checked it again to see if I messed it up, same conclusion.

Reached if you follow the same route as Endings 1 and 2 up to the piston phase, and finish the tentacle piston while the girl’s HP is 30 or lower but she is still alive.
If her remaining HP is too low, she will die during childbirth, leading to a different ending.
Instead of checking the flower icon (HP indicator), it’s easier to judge by her animations:
100–61 HP
60–31 HP
30–1 HP
Each range changes her animation, making it a more reliable guide.

This game came up in my search and figured I give it a shot. Downloaded it, extracted and ran it. It runs at about 0.5-2 FPS and its pretty much unplayable. I'm running it on a rather robust machine, Win11. Ran it in every compatibility mode that's built in with no changes.

Edit: I looking at it again and trying things that didn't work, but I noticed when I unfocused the game, it ran at normal FPS. But clicked back on the window made it instantly drop to its buggy FPS rates.

2nd Edit: After playing through a run to the end by clicking off after every choice to allow the program to progress normally, Upon closing and restarting the game, it played normally. Finally. So.. weird fix I guess?

One of the first things I checked, there's been no activity in months. Ran the game while it's paused and same issue presists.

False positives being found in pirated games is quite common, sometimes it's just the way the game had it's system files cracked that made the AV get triggered. The AV quality matters more than how many detections there is and in the case of that print it's all random unknown AV's, if more known ones detected anything wrong with the file then it would be another story.
If you're afraid, use an adblock browser extension (to avoid clicking on false download buttons/being redirected to god knows where) then download using another link and/or use a sandbox, if it gets infected the rest of the computer will still be safe.
