Thanks, that seems to be the case. I tried to test it myself; Cumming twice with condoms on gave me like around 70 points at the end of the day. You can do the following.
1. Upgrade your Sleep Sensitivity to max
2. Apply Sleep potion (cheaper way to get more action)

I am not using windows for a few years but back then if you wanted a free antivirus windows defender was actually hassle free.
