It's a DLsite code. It's basically an ISBN, but for games. I don't know enough to say that it's only porn games, but it's probably porn games. It's also kinda like the 6 digit hentai sauce codes. If someone gives you like 6 numbers in a hentai context, you put those into nhentai or whatever, and find porn. Search the numbers that dude gave you, including the r, dlsite should be the first thing that pops up, if the numbers match, it should be what they were recommending. Sometimes you can also find them in a more pirate-y context too. But for things that aren't translated, just giving the numbers is a more surefire way to get somebody to what you're trying to recommend than popping the title into google translate or something.

I recently replayed di mansion diary, drain mansion, himatsubushi, a shorty priest and a big sister was a lot of fun, Mage Kanades Futanari Dungeon Quest had some pixel and some hi-bit art, aurelia had an update recently and thats a top tier, and i took the time to 100% daisenka (its called something like glory and miserable survivors.) I also recently discovered an older game called Stellinavra that has a lot of personality and heart in it. i'm enjoying itTHOROUGHLY!! really impressed by the dialougue and the fact that decisions and choices seem to matter in the game.
When i finish Stellinavra, my next game will be Pixel Town Akanemachi Mystery. I haven't played it yet but Castle of Temptation is also on my radar.
