wait, was there lore reasons for the scat? i checked vndb and apparently the scat is just implied. checked manga gamer and the scat tag is indeed there so i think whoever is saying the scat got removed is trying to start some sort of griftwent thru all the cgs, they seemed to have removed the scat, which was like the whole point of the original so

Oh damn, the nostalgia... never played the original VN, but i remember the anime. It was one of the most giffed anime along with the viper games and bible black. It was kind of everywhere in the internet.

Well supposedly some from Japan says the golden age of VN/Eroge is over so it is not surprising. Still waiting to see what Shiravune meant by "current ethics."I guess the "remakes removing features/scenes from the original" thing is hitting the eroges too

Yes and no. Was talking about it in a game stream chat but was told about it. I did read the Sankaku Complex article. Well it is good to be wrong if that is the case.
