Maybe the real horror are the employees we bullied along the way.
But for real though, I haven't really watch any content from Kurosanji since the shitshow so hopefully the psychic damage from seeing these characters interact, knowing some of them may or may not be guilty, will be negligible. :HideThePain:

Well, I'm sure not hoping this is management dream game.

What a disaster it has become over there.
Negligible, hmm, doesn't seem to be one for me.

Man, I wish there's a hentai game like this with HoloID girls...
Same here. I've been saying for years now that HoloID would make the perfect dating sim cast. They have a great blend of personalities.

An actual Nijisanji game? Never expected this.
The developer will probably put more genuine thought into this project than the company does in "managing" their own talent.
I try my best. I think it's pretty good.

Does the game include a scene of Finana tanking her entire viewership and relevancy both as a Vtuber and as a person with a singular phrase?
Nah, Finana doesn't end up educating herself in this one, since I did away with the school setting. It's set inside a mall! She does get a job, which I guess is a step towards escaping her NEETdom of the previous Ninisanni Scenario.

Some of the characters are definitely guilty.
Even so, I hope you enjoy their buffoonery!

Oh, lol, this is gonna be real fun then.
Okay, I might have a deep hatred towards most if not all vtubers in general, but this game might make me put it aside. Actually seems pretty funny from the previews. I'll update with my thoughts once I play the game.
Hope you enjoy!

Didn't expect this one to get a sequel. The 1st one was pretty decent. The H-parts were kinda whatever but I liked the SoL vibe it had going (even if the MC was a bit too much sometimes). Looking foward to Scarle the most out of the new girls.
N-no promises on the MC getting better. The Scarle representation should be pretty good though. She's a major character in a main route!

what is the transformation content in the game?
Bimbofication and himbofication. There's also a shapeshifter, so there's some shenanigans there. There might be some loose transformations around here and there too, I didn't really keep track. Does Astral Projection count as transformation?

Why does this not have the VN prefix? I see no indication of any gameplay besides some dress-up options, and the Dating Sim tag, which doesn't mean much considering how much this site misuses the Sandbox tag. Is that enough to be considered not a VN?

Ah, it is a VN. Thank you for pointing that out, I must have missed it while creating the thread. It's fixed, and so is Ninisanni Scenario 1.
I classified it as a sandbox because there is a hub area where you can shop for clothes, music, and key items. Also, it has more of a decentralized scene structure. It depends on the site's definition of sandbox, I guess, and I'm fine with either ruling.

Okay, I'll pass on this game then since I don't like VN.

Based on that description I wouldn't consider it a sandbox, since being a VN is almost mutually exclusive to being truly open-ended, let alone being focused on player-made content, but I'm sure whoever made the decision that led to the tag being used as it currently is wouldn't care. I've said multiple times around the site that the sandbox tag as it's currently implemented is basically useless, but the uploaders are "just following orders" and haven't relayed the message to whoever does make the orders.

No prob, thanks for checking it out anyway.
Just out of curiousity, what games would you consider to be a sandbox? Something like Free Cities? Sengoku Rance? Monster Girl Quest: Paradox? Are JRPGs sandboxes? I guess they are kinda linear...
The structure here is most similar to Summertime Saga I would say, due to its hub, which I would consider to be a sandbox (which is why I added the tag to this game). Although with the length of the scenes, the nature of the weekly timeframe of runs, and common route scenes in the morning, Ninisanni Scenario 2 is definitely a VN.

I haven't played any of the examples you mentioned, though I think some are on my to-do list, but there are two qualifiers I think of as to whether or not a game is a sandbox: 1) It's completely open-ended; there's no end credits and if there are you can keep playing afterward because there's so much to do; and 2) the focus is on player-generated content, so there are effectively infinite possibilities for what you can do.

With that in mind, I would consider the following to be sandbox games:
Breeders of the Nephelym
Honey Select (though it doesn't have a physical open world the main qualifiers are there)
Lust Doll
Also consider from outside the pornosphere: Dwarf Fortress, Kenshi, Minecraft, Rimworld, Terraria, and for a rare example of prose-form sort-of-sandbox, Fabled Lands.
The typical JRPG is definitely NOT a sandbox, and incidentally I've heard it argued that they're not even Role Playing Games.

Like all genres it is nebulous, so there is room for interpretation about whether for example a game having an open world or character creation alone (like Fabled Lands, TES, Fallout) makes it a sandbox. The problem on this site is that somebody has taken the "open world = sandbox" interpretation and gone even farther so now it seems any game with any degree of non-linearity gets the sandbox tag. I for one keep expressing discontent about this, but I don't even know who to bring the issue to considering the uploaders are just complicit about it. It's not even the only tag with this sort of problem, but the difference with Adventure for example is that I'm not even entirely sure what an Adventure Game is.

I'm not even entirely sure what an Adventure Game is.
According to the VNDB definition, it's related to the presentation of the textbox. Adventure (or ADV for short) means the game has a textbox that covers a portion of the screen, usually at the bottom. As opposed to NVL where a game has a textbox that covers most or all of the screen.

OMG that's dumb. Even I know that's a useless definition. Let me look up some other definitions...

And to keep this thread from getting bloated with off-topic discussion, I'm going to move this to the New Tag Discussion thread.
