Idk, these type of quests usually don't get completed. It's just there, reminding you to do it later. Even when I finished the Arena, the quest is still there. I'd like to call this quest "on-going quests". Other types of this quests include the Arena, the Underwear Guy, the Bridge Battle, and the Institute.

All right, after playing for a straight 10+ hours no breaks this game is amazing (I know I'm sick in the head), I started around 2 am something, and I picked the 1st ending. Also here if anyone wants my save file it isn't 100% but very close.
