'Rejected' is just a scene/design that didn't make it to the final cut of the game
how do i progress this quest after having 100 copies? do i sell it to her or is there a new dialogue option?
Idk, these type of quests usually don't get completed. It's just there, reminding you to do it later. Even when I finished the Arena, the quest is still there. I'd like to call this quest "on-going quests". Other types of this quests include the Arena, the Underwear Guy, the Bridge Battle, and the Institute.
The pre-patched download is v1.18 of the Japanese version, but comes with the initial English patch already applied. The patch download is just the patch and does not contain the game, if you want to apply the patch, you'll need either the Japanese version or the pre-patched game.
