Here's the GUI for qsp games. Unzip into its own folder and then run qspgui.exe.
The language should already be set to english.
Then click quest > open game. Navigate to the No Escape folder and pick your .qsp and run it.

Yes, i just downloaded that but only the qsp can be switched in english, the game is in russian.

Well you can have any size you want if you add a lot of garbage to it. This game is completed and definitely wasn't updated, so yea they are baiting people into buying premiums or some other shady shit.
