I was actually about to add this to my previous post, but I also got this when Lythrana took over the encampment (she can do that if you play along with Shadriel and then act like a sub)

1741157127476.png

so it seems the game throws a fit whenever the Slaver-Slave states switch or something; doing the same via Slaver Training for slaves instead works fine, no hiccups there.

Definitely Bedlam borking something up, but I'll take a look
Thanks a bunch.

I believe it was confirmed that other people are having issues with having followers using corruption/biomancy (complains they day is over no matter what). Thanks again for all your work, glad your considering working on the new versions when they come out too... Though the mod would be "slightly" less required if every update doesn't require a fresh start.

There is a bug that causes your slavers and you to sometime disappear without reason after some assignments.

The issue is in the timer Removal - Personality - Personality check - Commands on Success. It should be empty like it was in older versions, I checked version 0.852 and it was empty and now in version 0.99 and 0.991 it holds slaver removal function from sudden betrayal for some reason.

Very easy fix
Was this game breaking bug ever fixed by Bedlam? I would do it myself, but I never figured out where the code actually is in Rags.

Canceling assignments or selecting an invalid option in the slaver assignment menu seems really buggy. Is there a way to cancel assignments safely?

Caveat: regalia version

The safest way is to save before choosing an assignment to enter the menu for.

The 2nd safest is to select invalid options, get the error, and be kicked back out of the text selection menu

The worst thing to do seems to be to just cancel, which can affect who has been assigned to the last few assignments, if it works at all

Short version: no. Yes, THAT bad.

Even after getting used to it, I still get screwed over sometimes when I decide to start an assignment and miss that the only slaver available at the time is wounded/drunk, or is unavailable for the region (e.g., Shadriel before you deal with Lythrana, or simply a slaver who got a Disaster on scouting and is now "scared of that region")

Another thing you can do with regalia specifically is to use the assignment array.

Open console: Type

TheGame.Variables[118]

Look at what numbered assignment your canceled assignment is, and open the corresponding number of the array.

For instance Assign 13 - House Sitting (Thirty Days) would be line 13 of the array.

In there, you'll see a bunch of sublines. Line 17 is how many days the assignment takes. Replace that with "1" and it'll resolve after finish day.

The glitch seems to be caused in part by the game freaking out and generating an assignment with an end day of "0" meaning it never resolves.

This can still cause issues, but it's possible to clean up some messes this game makes.

LOL, yeah scavenging at camp is forever busted OP, i tend not to run it just because the game eventually gets chunky and takes forever to load the next day the farther in you get.
The reason i say being Dom is easy mode is that getting a mighty strength and malevolence make you ridiculously hard to knock down from the top, like it's so easy to just be terrifying and do moderately okay and sail by. You can literally get a biomancer and corrupter from traits who are yes-men via traits, then you can just stack ludicrous nonsense on the main dude, works even better if you take the misc bonus to make all your camp folk terrified of you at the start.
Meanwhile Switches/subs actually should develop traits for diplomacy/infiltration which make the slaver more desirable, which make it easier to drop to allured after a fail, and if you've messed up too often you might get a game-over after a mission/day passes without expecting it.
Meanwhile if you're going full Sub you're probably playing with one or more of the aspects which add to it to stack bonuses, but they also stack for making you more likely to be betrayed, i have absolutely had runs where every single day there are attempts on my virginity, especially as Princess Severina.
Basically Easy/Medium/Hard is based on the fact that you are more likely to be betrayed going these routes, especially if you pick up a mind-reading slaver.

To be overthrown you basically need to be less liked or less feared than your competitor and for you to be doing a bad job keeping your slavers happy, and then lose a fight to them. Barring them from the slave pits, raping your slavers, not having supplies/money around, them failing assignments, etc.
To be made a puppet you need to be struggle snuggled enough times that you're losing 150 gold on each assignment to someone and then for them to get enough gold from that they come back with a present. or you can be hypnotized into it, or you can be convinced by a friendly spirit from a corruption magician.

I believe you can only either have a struggle session OR be overthrown each night, and i think struggle snuggles have priority normally.
To really guarantee being overthrown you can use biomancy to become super weak and super clumsy, and then put on locked slave gear that ties you up, that pretty much immediately gets you overthrown if it was even somewhat likely to happen.
For getting raped just be beautiful, have big tits, and wear revealing clothes, especially the Mysterious Letter Clothes as they have a special bonus to it and to a ton of missions for Subs/Switches. Also most traits and like half the aspects from Corruption increase the likelyhood, and if you're playing a Sub Premade, a bunch of them come with Unique Aspects that add towards it like "Pliable Subject" "Precarious Power" "Parthenurgy", etc. Obviously Seductive, Slutty, Bimbo, Sissy, Switch, Submissive, Obedient, Anal Slut, Oral Fixation, Pretty Maid, Exhibitionist, Sex Addict/Insatiable. You also want to stack traits like these on Sub runs which is what ramps the difficulty.
Oh, also doing missions inside the very nice box you can install at camp will give you a trait, and possibly cum addiction, shakko addiction will do the same, there's more im sure, but i can't remember off the top of my head.
The mistirious clothes, Where do I find it?

Alexy Jade Mysterious Letter is how you get the unique slaver Alice. When you meet her (or a random slaver if your RNG sucks) she offers several things to choose from: her as a slaver, a gift of gold, a loan of [more] gold, yadda yadda yadda...and one of them is a dress (sometimes when you pick other options it even fails with a message akin to "but...that dress looks so beautiful...").

It is being worked on. Life is just getting in the way of me having time to finish the last few of the fixes. I have days off coming up, and if I have the energy after renovations, I'll try and get the mod updated to at least ensure the most relevant bugs are fixed.
I've said this before, but I really appreciate your ongoing commitment to making this game actually playable.

Could the ability to give characters traits from earlier versions return? Repeatedly SL just to swipe a specific trait was too torturous.

Hottest flame is bugged (the game does not create/instatrigger new assigment).
As I understand it, the game is supposed to create a new assigment in Lord's Gate, but for some reason it doesn't. Starting the timer immediately triggers the mission, so it's possible that it actually starts immediately after the end of the auction.

Managed to go there anyway. I couldn't figure out how to use the timer correctly, so I just decided to start it and then turn it off and it worked
To start, you need go to console and write:
TheGame.Timers[1411].Active = true
Skip a day, click "Assigments at Lord's Gate" - assigment will be instatriggered. Select your slavers, click confirm, but do not skip day yet. Turn off the timer:
TheGame.Timers[1411].Active = false
and set the correct length to assigment via console:
TheGame.Variables[118] -> Array N -> Line 17 -> swap "0" to "5"
I did all of this after selling the "correct" slave at auction, so I'm not sure if it would work without it.

The hottest unique is good, but not great. I was expecting something more interesting from this race.

is there a list of unique slaves, slavers and quests and how to get them? sadly the wiki is rather outdated

Does counter-hypnosis, when you try to hypnotize a Hyp slaver/slave and get hypnotized instead, have any unique events tied to it? Or is it simply another "+points" for the generic forced encounters that lead to Puppet Leader? Like, is there anything to hypnosis other than "+1 way to get Puppet Leader"? E.g., I got countered twice, now I just auto-fail - is that all? I doubt I am going to drop my rep low enough to enable PL anytime soon, so...no more content there?

Nope, no new content there. The hypnosis forced encounters are at least a little different than the generic ones, but that's about it. Nothing crazy
