To unlock auto mode, I remembered you need to have 4 or 5 staff in the shop. As for speed mode, you need to complete Miki mission after getting her affection to 80 at the bar.
I don't know about the cheat and stuff but the game is actually very easy to do. My first play through on Ver 1.0 with quite a fair bit of bug just take me 3 days max to do. Currently I can actually finish it within 1 day with the current ver and DLC. If you need help, I had attached my save file here somewhere before but it's for the current version with the DLC.

Can't wait this game released in english, from the ci-en-dlsite they said gonna release the english version on 15th may on dlsite, hopefully won't be long for this game shared in here.

This was updated on their Ci-en page on last week on the 8th of May but as I was busy and oversea. I will just do a very simple translation of what is mentioned as I don't really see any ground breaking information.
So basically after the golden week over and they had decide to combine the self defense DOJO and the Massage Shop into a series of work called 極道無頼 (Gokudo Burai) or closest would be Yakuza Scoundrel.

I got the DLC, enter the first room and now I'm stuck. Can't move, can't interact with anything, can't do anything.
You meant the gym? I control the movement via the keyboard ASWD as I remembered. And interaction is X and Z.

I downloaded the DLC part separately (76mb rj0116213 april12th) put all dlc files on MassageShop_Data\StreamingAsset , but the dlc still didn't appear on my game. When I clicked gallery/gym using your save file, it says DLC locked My main game is ver 1.97
Edit: After I downgraded main game to 1.9.4 version, I can run the DLC. It seems 1.9.7 is not compatible with the available DLC atm.
What weird is, if I accessed DLC gallery+your unlocked save file, there is no woman on all gym room

Yeah, i finally manually unlocked it through story. Interestingly, If I use your save game data on ver 1.97, there is 1 NEW
category below gym sex (which isn't available on ver 1.94)I see... but mine is from 1.94 or 1.93 which I don't remember now. By the way, the waiting room isn't inside the gym.
You only have 1 chance. I guess you have no issue getting the quest as you just need to reach 80% in favor with her at the bar and reach the last area. To win, best to train Kota to max in Strength and Endurance. Miki herself is pretty strong as well. Remember to save before trying it.

Yup keeping an eye for this one as well, i also played self-defense Dojo but found this more enjoyable due to the pinball minigames tbh
