I built it up similarly, just without the bedrooms. Also added Ghost light planes to both the ceiling and to the underside of the balcony, makes rendering so much easier.

3090, most scenes are around 15 minute render time with quite a bit of stuff. It takes way longer to compose a scene than to render it.
Last scene I rendered was 5K and about 2GB of vRAM textures and DOF enabled and it was under a 6 minute render (346s to be exact). With some complicated stuff, I usually average around 30 minutes per render.

I did the scene on my 3080 but it was just a basic scene nothing fancy so no HDRI lighting and no lighting set up but the basic scene lights.
I will redo the render again when I have the back garden set with proper lighting/characters but this was t just get the rooms connected and for all the doors to open but I had to rip certain assets off the environment(stairs)

That was the creators first attempts at charlotte and tris, as far as I know he was new to Daz at the time. Everyone has to start somewhere.
