I actually found it pretty good for a story. Dark, certainly, but still good. And finding all the secrets was enjoyable.

Saves are located in "www/save" in game files, so just unzip it in "www". I played the r18 version, I don't know if it'll work with r15 but I don't see why not.

This game gave me depression for fucking 3 days, it's really have a sad ending

Honestly, interesting story but pretty dark, and for those who need dark stories to have a happy ending I definitely wouldn't suggest this game as there are no happy endings here, at best a barely bittersweet one. Would still recommend it for people who enjoy dark stories, though the game is a bit of a walking simulator just being exploring the lab and doing puzzles so it probably would've done better in a complete VN format rather than as an RPGM game.
