Wont be shy to say that it is best NTR game i have ever seen. Literally everything in this game makes me feel same feelings that i had from my first ntr game. Only one thing disappointing: i've done this game with 100%.
I hope dev will add more scenes and interactions, like the girl's cheating on the date if lust level to landlord is high or some cuck interactions with the girl if both likeness to landlord and mc is high.
Anyway, wish good luck and success to dev! 10/10

The last time something similar was reported, it was a drivers issue. Are your graphics card drivers up to date? Which OS are you using? Can you load a save without clicking start?

Love the game, but that pushups animation need some fixing, her breasts move really weirldy there (kinda staying in place or moving in an unsynchronized way?)

It would also be nice if saves could remember the sponsors we chose instead of disapearing, or warn that it's better to save once you got the money somewhere in the game

Apart from that the game is almost perfect apart of the few clothes textures that are traversed by ,well, hands or sometimes even the body of the character wearing them (especially Aiko), but that's usual 3D shenanigans I guess.

My only recomendation would be giving more different resting states to characters so that they would feel more "alive", stuff like instead of having Aiko sitting properly on the sofa, she could sometimes be lying down on it (maybe looking at her phone), when sleeping she could sometimes be resting on her sides stuff, on the computer she could be procrastinating and stuff like that...
You could even be making the landlord watch porn at night (I would say you could even make him jerk off for realism but well I don't think it would be to everyones taste), since Aiko complains about it.

Also adding transparancy to the text box would be good, especially since it's kinda in the way during the streams, perhaps outlining the font in black would help if you do implement that (or a install a hide the textbox button during dialogue instead)?
