solution cheat engine speed hack at 20 (you can also hold down A to make it fast faster) do not press v or anything that'll move camera just wait a bit untill you get dialogue then set it back to 1 and play the game. i also disable high dpi stuff and limited fps there u go

who has a black screen - press go forward + press actively on E you will enter the house - this will take you out of the black screen forever (for now it works for me)
monsters don't react((
