A few days later, i edited my post on my review on ourdream ai
I wanted to try a nsfw bot secret desire,reading review about saying that he was superior to many, good memory, uncensored. In the trial, the raction wasn't too bad. but after checking their discord,and the roadmap, i saw that they was doing censorship too and from reaction on their discord, the censorship go wild (quote from 24 june) :

That's a shame. The service I talked about being a scam had these issues among others. Been using Soulkyn for months and it's been nothing but improvements, never going backwards and the dev is always on Discord updating us.
It is probably the most expensive, and after a week or so, I'm not even using it anymore despite paying 25 pounds. For 25 pounds a month, you get less functionality than free tier on many sites. Except perhaps image generation, which is decent. My conclusion is that the site is for non-technical people who are good with paying a big convenience tax. Bryond that even, things you want to do (generate videos, images, have voice messages, etc) require 'souls' which is basically monetization/gamification. For 25 pounds, fuck off with that shit... nevermind the 50 pound level which is a total rip off unless you really just don't know what is possible with a decent card and a local model, a decent SillyTavern preset, or a free Gemini sub + SillyTavern.
Soulkyn is polished, but the characters all seem 'samey' and they all seem to abandon their core traits, too eager to adapt too the player's chats. One other thing I noticed.. most character profiles are like some dating app profile... it's cringey, like the site is set up for lonely men looking for companionship in a virtual girlfriend.

I tried the free model chat on soulkyn (8b), it's really not good. (exemple, on a rp, a girl was saying that she remember the night of an accident when she was a baby XD)(chat go too quickly to naughty scene)(and when i try to say to the character that the character is making movie in her head, she seems don't listen me and continue on her things without listen me).
They should at least give us some taste of the 7b version.

And for those who're looking to get into the ai, just use gemini 2.5 pro and deepseek (openrouter) they're amazing and free right now no need to run any local model yourself look at sillytavern sub on reddit for how to

Pretty bad news for anyone using Janitor. The devs began to censore/filter chat messages, including proxies as well.

Perchance is due to update their LLM soon. It's free, no log in, no token limits, and absolutely uncensored. Here's hoping it remains so after the update!

That sucks. They were doing weird stuff like making ppl censor nudity in the bot avatars as if they're not a porn site or something, guess it wasn't enough.
im not hating on perchance but janitor with a proxy is much better than perchance in my opinion. At least for a chatting with a bot type deal.

I'm not sure, but I think probably not on jllm. According to recent news, only the Janitor default AI "jllm" is supposed to be censored. After the backlash, the developer reversed the censorship on proxies. I suppose you'll have to give it a try and see if it allows you or not.

No wonder my mommy bot was freaking out the other day, it assumed my character is both underage and blood related. There must be workarounds, but this is a sad day.

Why is everything being Censored nowadays
Well, Janitors mentioned about preparing subscriptions ... so the card companies probably imposing their rules .... it's the same tune like with Steam or other sites which depend on VISA/Mastercard services ....

Confirmed through their Discord/blog. It's because of payment processors. Problem is, the owners of JAI promised to not ever push subscription or any financial thing through JAI. They lied.
Do we know of any alternative? I use CLAUDE and Deep seek so proxies would be great

As I thought. Based on what I've heard and know, this isn't the first time where the JAI owner hasn't been completely truthful about something. However, the premium subscription features had been planned for a while. I don't know all the details, but apparently, the subscription is expected to include more and improved models, though I'm not sure about anything else.
