Yeah last update was on November and hasn't been updated since. It's gonna take a while over there before the next content sniff. Wouldn't bother with Fantia because Kemono hasn't fixed their sniffer there due to the CC fiasco and because that platform doesn't allow uncensored content.
MC eventually gets with Yumi, but he's ruined by the cuckoldry fetish that they're now swinging, with her tying up her hair and acting like "Yura", and Yura has sex and sends him stuff acting like the bull's boyfriend. The recent stuff has her testing(?) him to see how far he'll let Yura do in their lovers-act, doing more and more things that Yumi has done with MC, and the last update was her pushing him to see if he would let Yura do it raw.

Yeah it's a continuation of sorts. The penalty game is their latest escalation, but they've been swinging since the "ending". Before this, they had the "separation" of Yumi and Yura, but the Penalty Games are about Yumi pushing the boundary between what Yura is allowed to do in her roleplay as Jin's boyfriend.
The numbered chapters ended a long time ago with a definitive ending + timeskip epilogue.
