Yeah last update was on November and hasn't been updated since. It's gonna take a while over there before the next content sniff. Wouldn't bother with Fantia because Kemono hasn't fixed their sniffer there due to the CC fiasco and because that platform doesn't allow uncensored content.

Yeah it's a continuation of sorts. The penalty game is their latest escalation, but they've been swinging since the "ending". Before this, they had the "separation" of Yumi and Yura, but the Penalty Games are about Yumi pushing the boundary between what Yura is allowed to do in her roleplay as Jin's boyfriend.
The blowjob is what she does with boyfriend, the shower sex is what she does with boyfriend, and the next part... is raw sex. The final layer of separation, because since they got together only the boyfriend was allows to do her raw.

The numbered chapters ended a long time ago with a definitive ending + timeskip epilogue.
Which depicts the couple after graduating college, having a baby together. Context indicates no netorase.
All non-numbered chapters are up to the reader to consider as a continuation or a side story.
Regardless, the numbered chapters are definitively the only real affirmed canon.
