Pretty sure that even though the sex was good, Yumi heavily dislikes Senpai as a person, which is why in the flashbacks, we always see her not interested at all in being with senpai, and once she figures out who Haru is and starts approaching him, we don't see her again with senpai. Senpai scenes are pretty much all delusions or IF content.

The timing was certainly WTF lol, but I think Haru decided to propose to Yumi specifically because she said that she'd love him no matter what, so even though it is an awkward scene, I don't think it's that un-earned. It's Haru making a decision and comitting to it.

Idk, I just find it funny more than anything.

Yeah, I think the story is pretty much complete at this point. There's not really much left to do anymore. I agree, I don't really see NT00 creating anything 'better' than the Yumi story moving forward. It took literal years to get here and we're really just waiting for them to finish up the Live 2D stuff now.

The only engaging avenue left for storytelling is if she cheats on the side (or continue creating What-If scenarios) because another Netorase play would just pretty much end up being the same exact stuff we've already seen with Jin and with likely the same ending results. And because a pure Vanilla marriage story from here on out isn't really compelling (due to the context of this entire story narrative) and it's not really needed either. Making more Live 2D scenes (Vanilla or not) would be great but just creating more Vanilla story panels of Haru and Yumi to read, is whatever.

NT00 probably should just leave it as happily-ever-after and move on to a new project or back to finishing Mina imo. Either way, GGs y'all. It was a fun ride, NT00 is GOATed.

Ya , Vanilla married sex is whatever , we were here for the ntr/nts , another 'punishing game' would be deja vu , and true netorare is impossible , the dude doesn't write this story for 5 years for nothing to just 180°
And the random sex scene like he did after the 'remake' with 0 context were pretty meh to me , almost non canon for me
If there is no 'tension' that doesn't work imo , the only way possible would be some shit like letting someone else impregnating her for Haru kinks, with the same mindset with a happy ending because love blabla , but i don't want to see that lmao

Do a lot of people hate the ending?Jin's asshole aside, it is a pretty solid ending. Idk if I'm already tired of bad ending which is pretty ironic because the entire purpose of NTR genre itself is for the partner/love interest being stolen but in the recent years i have been preferring good/bittersweet ending. On top of my mind is probably Sueyuu's Steal your Wife and Seto Yuuki's Chitose. I'm looking forward for Yuuzai Desu but looking how bad their health is and ambitious they visioning the story is, I don't put my hope very high on that.

I think Yumi is way past expiration date by now, IMO he really should make a new girl. I know he kinda made his name on NTS around dating the slutty girl, but it might be cool to see a more traditional NTS take with a more pure girl.

I would love that but you also must recall that Haru and Yumi did not get together until 12 months worth of chapters were completed which established their personalities and likability. I don't know if modern audiences would wait through that for netorase to happen in 2026 lmaooo

All he needs to do is put subway surfers gameplay on the sides of the screen to keep them engaged.

I'd also like to see a new setting tbh, once he's done with mina-senpai, I wish we can go to like, an office setting, or a married couple moving into an appartment building. Something not school-related.

Guessing it's not the ending, but the epilogue mentioning Senpai.
