Yumi's Full Body is the final confirmation that the events of the old timeline are not canon.
Yumi was a slut in the original timeline and had sex with the guy from photography club among others implied.
Yumi in the main timeline has officially, confirmed, no going back; been creampied by Haru and by Jin.

Kind of, yeah.
I would have trouble calling someone like that a 'rapist' when Yumi is the way that she is, even in canon. I would call Jun a major asshole but not exactly a 'rapist' per se. For ex; She was totally down to go all the way with a guy she'd just met, but later changed her view of things because she found out it was someone else who drank in her place. Ehhh.... is that rape? IMO no, but just barely.
Nah he is no longer a serial rapist but a trafficker at this point. Would be funny if they make an omake where Yumi tease Haru to actually call Jun-senpai and found out he is convicted to life sentences.

The old timeline is just the series before NT00 decided to remake it with new art and content, it's the pre-Complete edition content.
