The game has a high amount of scenes and cgs for 0.1, that's pretty good.
One issue though is the reason for ntr: girlfriend gets shocked and entranced by little brother's big cock, she even keeps making size comparison between them, and how much bigger lil bro was, but after seeing her scenes with big brother he didn't seem smaller at all??? (he actually looked bigger in some scenes). That was nonsensical, but once i got over it, i could enjoy at least for how good the hot gf lewds were.
The gameplay loop also is not good, too much clicking around, rng for finding food, and grinding for stats. I get that it gives a proper sense of corruption, but it shouldn't be too repetitive. Also i reached the end of the game and was still missing a few early scenes, i don't even know how i missed them, but that seems like something that shouldn't happen.

I'll take a look about the gallery this shouldn't be happening and honestly didn't happened with me in any of the play tests. About the other part of grinding and all that, some polishing for the next update will surely do the trick

thanks for the complete overview, as it is for the 0.1 it's kinda hard to get it 100% right without the public feedback. Now that we have, all we gotta do is produce a hotfix for now and have all this in mind for the next updates
After playing for one more hours and reading a bit, I’ve understood the basic mechanics to progress it's actually quite simple once you get the hang of it. I reached the “ending” and I can say the game has great potential. With a small tutorial or some messages explaining how corruption, stress, etc., work, you'd be taking a big step forward. Then it would just be a matter of adjusting a few things (which I won’t repeat here to keep it brief). But overall, it’s good.
Things I’d like to see as a player:
Clearly separated routes: NTR, NTS (with the option to mix them if the player chooses).
The ability to use the brother to interact with the girlfriend behind the boyfriend’s back — classic scenes like touching her under the table during dinner without the boyfriend noticing, or grabbing her ass while she’s cooking and the boyfriend is sitting on the couch. Even the possibility of a nighttime assault while the boyfriend sleeps: at first just touching her while she’s asleep, then she starts to notice but pretends to sleep, and eventually begins letting him do increasingly “intense” things. The possibilities here are endless, and in the NTR genre, these interactions really reinforce the feeling of betrayal and taboo — so they work well. Since the game allows actions from different characters and isn’t just a visual novel, you could take advantage of that to implement these kinds of interactions. This way, not everything has to be limited to static events — they could repeat through player actions, or unlock progressively after certain events. It would really bring the game to life.
More variety in events during exploration outside the house. Maybe even the possibility of introducing a new character at some point — someone who could potentially take the girl away from both the boyfriend and the brother, if the player makes the right choices. BBC characters tend to work pretty well in this context.

we already planned plenty on that on the story subject.
As I mentioned before, since it's 0.1 now it's more like feeling how it goes and seeing the feedback, I believe the base for a good game we already have, now it's more fine-tuning here and there. We are not afraid of putting some effort and hearing out what the players have to say, so I honestly thank you for taking the time.
As we are planning not only to have the brother stole my GF type of thing, but other people too, certainly in a future with Mark's outside explorations he'll find survivors and he'll also corrupt himself along the way. Maybe someone steals him from Tiffany? Who knows!
This game will not be just this, like inside the house, soon we'll present a big world outside with factions, interesting people and stuff that can really alter the story and boundaries, this here is just the very first step into a grand adventure that will be based on player's choice mostly.
This is a shaddy area on Patreon I believe. I'll not say yes or not just yet, this is something that if we do, we'll have to take extra care doing it. It would make sense with the plot tho
