Why can't we have people developing a great game and then after a while, use Patreon to get support?
Why is everyone barely creating anything, more like a 2-minute proof of concept, and instantly focusing on Patreon? You obviously know where the focus and the motivation lies.
Usually, people would not even dare upload this kind of content. It's a big nothing burger. We might as well forget this game exists for at least half a year.

Hi mate, Patreon support is needed (In my case) not to work on projects but to improve the phase of updates and work time on game. It helps me convert IRL work hours to game development hours, I am planning to update games every month with content.
But even if you do not wish to support financially, even playing the game and giving me feedback will mean a lot.
*Also putting a lot of time into projects without any feedback and releasing after a while (out of the blue) as you mentioned is risky.
*But I understand how you feel, I hope you will be back later for future chapter (which is coming this month).
* Chapter 2 for my other game is coming out this Sunday and chapter 2 for this game will be out before end of this month.

I do not think NTS works in this plot setting, NTR is the main goal. I do not want to put NTS just for the sake of putting it in, but thanks for asking.
