I haven't had time to play it yet. I think you have to progress the game with the wife.
Click on the upper left where it says Restrained. There should be a green button that says wear sexy in bedroom. Click this and it should ask if you want to give bip the boost drink.

Once again an update that leaves something to be desired, it's sad to remember that one day I played the first update of this game and said: "Wow, the first update already has sex between the wife and a BBC, I can't wait for the next ones." and after that only disappointment, I haven't given up on the game yet because I think it still has potential but I'll wait a few months at least to play again and see if I find something really interesting.
