I recommend looking up My Bimbo Dream . The game is about a woman the protagonist is close to. You can define it as landlady/tenant or mom/son or aunt/nephew whatever you want.
The basic premise is that the protagonist is super into the bimbo stereotype and when "Sue" the FMC gets a breast enlargement it starts a gradual slippery slope where she eventually becomes a hardcore slut.
You can choose to be more dominant in this situation and control everything or take a more submissive (slut) route where the protagonist chooses to be a cuckold and the girls do it for him because it turns him on. I never cared for the bimboification fetish but the game doesn't do it as overtly as I expected so i've grown into it. Check out the screenshots before you give it a pass. The girls have character so it's more about style than being stupid and ditzy. The transformation the FMC in it goes through is more similar to how Valerie changes in "A Wife's Phone".

I did and the screenshots are good quality. One of the reasons I'm not a fan of bimboification is, I don't like big boobs or implants. I prefer that a game have a variety of breast sizes. That's just my preference.
