Netorare is often better suited as a kinetic novel or a VN where the choices the player makes only change flavor to that eventual end. The best ones are the ones that intelligently develop the MC in the story (not making them idiot), giving them some agency and allowing a reaction/revenge ending to the story.
Though more times than often, these stories/games just end up being cuck fetish games of humiliation.

Games create issues with story depth and character development due to the numerous paths that must be created that conflict with each other.
Depending on the type of NTR (Netorare, Netori, Netorase), the MCs development will change and so more paths create issues in keeping consistency within that character development and story flow. It is why a lot of claimed "netorare" games are just cuck stories where the MC is used as a prop to tell the FMC/Antagonist cheating story.
It also creates disconnect in the character if there are netorase paths, because a Netorare MC does not want cheating, does not accept it, will not participate, etc... so Netorase character changes creates major conflicts in the story.
A true Netorare story is one focused on identifying with the MC and the progression that devolves from "Love" between the MC/FMC into eventual betrayal. The slow burn stories of this nature are better told through a singular focus story that develops all the characters from this perspective.
As I said, when you implement numerous game paths to promote conflicting directions with the NTR, characters and story elements often get overlapped, confused, and it changes the character writing in ways that harms a singular story progression.
This is why I said is "often better suited", not that it is the best, but it is easier to attend to than creating extremely complex behavior and story patterns.
It is why when you look at all these NTR games, there is constant conflict in the writing, the story setups, etc... and all too often the Netorare stories end up just being some kind of cuck fetish game written for the benefit of the FMC/Antagonists cheating.
As I said, Netorare is better suited in clean and well laid out story that allows a slow burn, a long arc from the "love" to that eventual betrayal, with an intelligent MC and story progression that is clever in its method of showing that betrayal. I think the better ones are those that provide a full cycle though Love - Corruption - Betrayal - Resolution (various types revenge, remorse, etc...).
Honestly this. Just seems like a waste of time to try and draw players in thinking they have a choice in a kinetic story. Just straight up say that you'll slowly lose your partner over time to another love, corruption etc. No need to create a false narrative that there is an actual "choice".
Would help for the moderators to leave the comment who leaked the game. To see trust worthyness or have who leaked it in the download link section.

Sadly this is my biggest ??? too. I'm cool with fox girls... but... 2 sets of ears is weird. Pick one. Either they have legit animal ears on top of their heads, or they have human hears on the side. Not both. Put the top ears on and remove the human ones, own your design choice. keeping both disrupts the immersion, it's offputting weird, not cool weird.
