These series have MC going around the map doing this thing or that while his loved ones are corrupted. You can go find the events and see them (AFAIK the third HC has an option for omnipresent POV or only what the MC can see). iirc in the NTRPGs the MC is more aware, while in HC he's oblivious for most of the game. This series might be like that too, but I haven't taken the time to try them.

In this game the MC goes around the map doing minesweeper-type gameplay with puzzles while the girls wander around and get corrupted by the corruptors (one Gigachad, one futa). Can't remember how aware the MC is supposed to be for most of them, but a sharing/threesome route is possible (among others). The dev's newer game has similar themes but different gameplay.

Fire-Emblem-style strategy game where MC can either actively prevent harassment of the LI from the stealers, or let it happen (in which case it's shown as him being oblivious). Has routes with each stealer, vanilla non-NTR, cuckquean (he gets seduced), as well as gender-bender submissive to the stealers along with one of them fucking the LI. Oh, and a "LI switches to Whore class and becomes everyone's gangbang bitch" route. You can see the requirements in a text file included with the game.

NTR Survival Z was pretty fun. It took me a while to figure out how to advance the plot at one point because it seemed to get stuck, but I was just supposed to do the opposite of what I was doing at one point.

It's not terribly deep gameplay-wise, but it sends you out on little missions and you get context of what's going on back at home base via little icons and status bars filling/emptying. It's quite fun.

The 3 温厚娘と小脱出 are what you seek, OP.
...Though i think the first one don't have the cutouts.
I think i played 2-3 others games with the cutouts, but can't remember...

have nice games with the right vibe, though a lot are female protag defeating the point. Worth a try.

Sadly I've played through all of them, exactly what I want but y'know- I already finished all of them.
