Actually, I heard it in another NTR game on this forum.

And NTR is defined as "Designed to cause jealousy by having the romantic interest involved with someone other than the MC."
So any cheating by MC can't be considered netorare. Even if MC is not a self-insert character, and her husband is.

While "cheating" is defined as "A significant other having sex with someone other than their partner."
So if a love interest who isn't in an established relationship with MC has sex with somebody else, that would be NTR, but not cheating.

Pretty sure everyone with a brain knows by now that f95's tags are woefully bad, terribly outdated and that even they're aware of it. In fact, they're so aware of it that they're still arguing over proposed new tags over here. And the currently proposed definition for the netorare tag is " A love interest has sexual contact with someone else without the approval of the protagonist, either voluntarily or from some form of coercion (eg, drugs, mind control, blackmail, rape). If the later, add the relevant coercion tag too. "

Which is still not correct with the Japanese definition... but it's closer than what we currently have. For the record, for JP, Netorare applies if the perspective is that of the cuck or that of the person being stolen, because the same thing is happening. Someone is being stolen via sex, and the distinction doesn't actually matter. Netori is the exception due to grammar, and it's about the person doing the stealing. Netorase is weird on account of being a causative form, and that's the one that really puts a hard emphasis on the cuck usually.

So yeah, in terms of f95 tagging, you are absolutely correct. As they are currently defined, the game shouldn't be tagged as NTR.

Unfortunately, in terms of proper definitions, the game is absolutely ntr, it's called NTR in the title, and it's tagged NTR on dlsite... and I trust that, and the action in the game itself, far more than f95's woefully insufficient tag definitions.

In the second dungeon, there's a section with these gas traps that you can walk into. If you hit one 3 times, Leia goes naked. after that, you have to leave the dungeon via Warp, then come back again to repeat it 4 more times, then you get the title.

I suspect that the dev intended to have events happen with Leia warping back from the dungeon naked, but they never got that far or had to give them up for some reason or another.

I honestly have no idea. Checked the dev's ci-en, no one reported this. I haven't heard of this from anyone playing the translation either. Might have to restart the game. Try doing just that quest without picking up any other quest or doing any other event beforehand to reduce any possible interference. If it doesn't work then either, it might be that your game files got b0rked somehow.
