That happened in my playthrough too but I still managed to get the good ending. Maybe it's preventable when trying for the True ending but I'm holding off until the bug fix drops.
The developter said that the way to get the outfits are the next:
Outfit 1: Try fishing and aim for the perfect timing.
Outfit 2: Go to the train station at night, there's a chest you can open to get it.
Outfit 3: After the rooftop event where the Boss meets Hisako across from the office, go back the next day and you'll see a prince, he'll give you the outfit
Outfit 4: Max out the “Breast Firmness” stat and then visit the park during the daytime.

I go to the park, and then what? Is it with the woman who lost her family heirloom? I can't find her and I don't know what to do anymore.

It's not a bad game for an AI-based game, but damn, I was a little disappointed by both endings. I mean, the story had what it took to go for those weird netorare endings where the protagonist can get his revenge. I mean, there was even a woman who confessed to him. He could have taught his slutty wife a lesson, but no, they decided to go with the classic ending where the stupid, cowardly protagonist loves his wife very much, even after she scorned him after having sex with the fat guy in his own house. Please, I hate that they have such unrealistic endings. But anyway, it's not a bad game at all, I'd give it a 7/10.
yeah for me its not a bad game the biggest problem for me is the the lack of sex scenes there are a lot of silhouette scenes the pretty much okay i guess, there are sex scenes but other parts are a lot of costumes in without different poses or different scenes ill be honest ill rate it better if the dev added more scenes in that part. im fine with a lot of costumes, i just dont like the part has 3 types but all of it are the same scene and dialouge or even poses. id give it 6/10. i wish if he make another game with this quality also hope if he will give a scene that has costume in it, please put other poses/ or just different scenes. thank you dev.
i think the dev patched about the true ending resulting to a bug, thats why u cant get the true ending.
