I learned when I beat the game that I didnt miss anything, there was one time early in the game I didnt had a lv 1 stone and couldnt see a scene and I tought I missed something already

Outfit 1: Try fishing and aim for the perfect timing.
Outfit 2: Go to the train station at night, there's a chest you can open to get it.
Outfit 3: After the rooftop event where the Boss meets Hisako across from the office, go back the next day and you'll see a prince, he'll give you the outfit
Outfit 4: Max out the “Breast Firmness” stat and then visit the park during the daytime.

edit: i still don't know about cow milk costum

Go to Page 7 and you will find a file that makes the QTE easier so you can complete the game.

its quite easy to beat him without any cheats with ~10% of the time remaining, just focus a bit

It's actually not that easy to beat the DDR-like QTE. I'm generally quite good at these things and it's difficult as hell.
