Yes, not usually what "choice based vns" are, but it still is one that is not used as commonly. it has as much right to exist as what's more common. but honestly, with that overview it more than emphasizes it's a not your usual "choices" game, even if not stated outright.Actually it's a fair question.
If choice are only about unlocking scene before the game loop again, or if there's only one serie of choice that lead to an hypothetical next day, then it's not what usualy is a "choice based VN". More like a point&click.

nothing misleading about that. It's how looping games normally operate. Choices matter, just differently than non looping games. in the way that you got to get off the time loop with the best outcome with people or escape it with the worst outcome with people, or in between of the worst and best outcome.
